Lewis, from Dalry, North Ayrshire, is a European Champion kart racer, having won the IAME Euro Series X30 Junior title in 2018 as well as the Kartmasters British GP crown in the Rotax Junior class the same year.

Those accolades came in only his second season of high-level karting. Recently he was runner-up in a number of Senior Max class Class finals.

After testing F4 and Formula Regional cars, he made his car racing debut earlier this year in the GB3 and has recorded multiple top-10 finishes to date.

The 22-year-old is making his debut in touring car racing in 2026, joining the Surrey-based squad WSR to drive the BMW 330i M Sport alongside Daryl De Leon and Charles Rainford.
