Continuing a successful six-year collaboration, Team HARD. Racing has today (10 March) confirmed a renewed title partnership with Autobrite Direct for the 2022 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship.
Having developed the relationship since 2017, the squad became an exclusive retail distributor for Autobrite in the Kent area, where the team is based, in 2019, and both parties look forward to what the future holds.
"We are very excited to be involved in our sixth season with Team HARD," said Mark Moss, Autobrite Direct company Director. "We cannot wait until the 2022 season starts.
"We have a lot of respect for Tony Gilham and what he has achieved within the BTCC. Team HARD has another great line-up of drivers this year. It should be very entertaining as we move into the Hybrid era and to see our logo on the cars once again.
"Like Autobrite Direct, Team HARD is family run and we feel we have a lot of things in common as a business. All our staff are fully behind Team HARD. They are all looking forward to some great racing and possible podiums this season."
“I’d like to thank Mark and Jill [Moss] for choosing to remain a title partner for a second consecutive season and their sixth season of involvement in the team," added Tony Gilham, Team HARD. Racing Managing Director.
"In 2017, Autobrite Direct were a car detailing supplier for our BTCC operation and for them to now be one of our highest-profile partners is testament to how far they have come as a business since then.
“We have a great working relationship; both parties hugely benefit from working with each other and this season will be no different. As we move into the hybrid era for the first time, it’s fantastic that Autobrite Direct are joining us on this journey, they are very much an integrated and valued part of our team.”
