Team HARD. Racing has today (4 April) announced that Jade Edwards will be joining the Kent-based squad for the 2023 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship. 

Having made her debut in the BTCC in 2020, Edwards contested her first full campaign the following year with BTC Racing – recently rebranded as One Motorsport – taking a maiden points finish at Snetterton.

The Ascot-born racer would stick with the squad in 2022, where she would take another top-15 finish at Brands Hatch before securing Jack Sears Trophy honours at Oulton Park, her first win in the category of her career to date. 

Joining Team HARD. Racing for her third full season in Britain’s premier motorsport series, Edwards is eager to build on her previous successes this year, having previously raced with the squad in the 2019 Clio Cup.

I’m confident that I will be able to build on my experience from last year and work well with the team to achieve some great results on track."

The 2023 campaign gets underway in just a few weeks’ time at Donington Park (22/23 April), while Brands Hatch prepares to host the annual Season Launch next week (12 April).
