After an incident at Donington Park ruled EXCELR8 with TradePriceCars.com’s Jack Butel out of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship finale on medical grounds, the Suffolk-based squad announced Andy Wilmot would be replacing the Jersey racer for Rounds 28, 29 and 30 of the campaign.

Wilmot, who previously contested BTCC races in 2013 and 2015, went on to secure a best finish of 19th during the penultimate encounter of the year, having started the weekend from the back of the grid after missing qualifying due to a back problem.
