Cammish takes maiden Oulton Park victory

7th June 2026

NAPA Racing UK's Dan Cammish took victory in Round 10 of the 2026 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship at Oulton Park, taking his first tin top triumph at the Cheshire venue.

Cammish continued his impressive weekend so far – following victory in yesterday's Qualifying Race – with a lights-to-flag success in Sunday's opener.

Much like the 'Race to Pole', Cammish was pressured home by Speedworks Corolla Racing's Josh Cook with the pair duelling it out for much of the contest.

Cammish's 18th BTCC win has been a long time coming after a mixed start to his 2026 campaign, but the talented Yorkshireman will be hoping that his performances around the 2.26-mile circuit will kickstart his championship challenge.

Cook's second place wasn't straightforward as he firstly had to contend with contact involving four-time champion Ash Sutton, and in the latter stages of the race he was hounded home by reigning champion Tom Ingram.

Team VERTU's Ingram completed the podium ahead of Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport's Árón Taylor-Smith, with the latter also securing the Independent Drivers' win.

The LKQ Euro Car Parts with Power Maxed Racing duo of Aiden Moffat and Mikey Doble enjoyed a fantastic and respectful battle for fifth and sixth as they brought home solid points for the Audi A3 Saloon squad.

NAPA Racing UK's Sutton had a topsy-turvy race, which included an initial battle for second, a drop to eighth following the aforementioned contact with Cook, before scrapping back up the order and then back down again after going straight on at the chicane during a battle with Cataclean Plato Racing's Adam Morgan.

Sutton eventually had to settle for a decent seventh whilst Morgan's race ended in the pitlane with a mechanical issue striking his Mercedes A35 Saloon.

Tom Chilton (Team VERTU), Chris Smiley (Restart Racing) and Daryl De Leon (WSR) completed the top ten positions.

Race 2 commences at 14:55 while the finale takes place at 17:20, with all the action being screened live across the UK on ITV4 and across the world via Racer (North America only) and YouTube.
