BTCC on TV: Oulton Park

15th June 2023

As we near the halfway point of the 2023 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship calendar, we’ve collated the key times to catch all the action from Oulton Park this weekend (17/18 June), as well as ITV1 and ITV4’s highlights shows in the coming weeks.

Just a fortnight ago, the UK's fastest circuit, Thruxton, hosted the BTCC teams and drivers for the fourth instalment of this year’s Championship.

NAPA Racing UK’s Ash Sutton once again scored a double victory across the first two races, after securing pole position in Saturday’s Qualifying session. The 29-year-olds points haul has increased his advantage in the Drivers' Standings, with a 14 point lead ahead of nearest rival Tom Ingram (BRISTOL STREET MOTORS with EXCELR8). NAPA Racing UK continue to lead the Teams/ Constructors’ Standings.

Josh Cook has maintained his lead over the Independent Drivers battle, after securing two Independents wins and third overall in the opening two bouts. One motorsport with Starline Racing now hold the top spot in the Independent Teams.

A consistent haul of Jack Sears Trophy points for Dexter Patterson across the first 12 Rounds has meant that the Re. Beverages with Bartercard and Team HARD racer has taken the advantage in the standings.

This weekend’s race day action will feature LIVE on both ITV1 (1200-1400) and ITV4 (1400-1815) on Sunday (18 June), while ITV Sport’s own Youtube channel and will host qualifying on Saturday (17 June) from 1530.
