Following a successful outing at Silverstone during the latest rounds of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship, the Official BTCC website caught up with the Team Principal of Adrian Flux with Power Maxed Racing – Adam Weaver – as he reflected on the squad's campaign so far.

As well as discussing aspects such as the highly competitive grid this year, the ups and downs of motorsport and managing expectations, the team boss gives insight into the squad's approach to the final two race weekends and more in the exclusive interview.

"We've had 20 top ten finishes this year across both drivers, and three of those were podiums... It's a really, really tough championship to win races in. It's a tough championship to be inside the top ten, so you have to focus on those things. But everybody wants more, which can lead to some frustrations at times."
