TOCA, Series Organiser of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship, has agreed to extend its technical partnership with leading high-performance safety fuel system supplier, Aero Tec Laboratories, through to 2026.
The extension to the long-standing relationship, which dates back to 2010, solidifies ATL’s stance in the motorsport arena, and will see every car on the BTCC grid featuring a custom ATL lightweight bladder, with the latest performance parts.
Giles Dawson, Managing Director at Aero Tec Laboratories, commented: “We are proud to continue to provide the complete “plug and play” fuel system to the BTCC as the championship transitions into the new hybrid era in 2022. We see the BTCC as a flagship contract for ATL.”
Peter Riches, TOCA Technical Director, added: “The BTCC is an important part of UK motorsport and, as such, we like to support British engineering, innovation and manufacturing, ATL is also at the international forefront of fuel system design and production. We are extremely pleased that ATL will continue this relationship with our BTCC teams.”
