One of a number of drivers to make their Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship debut in 2022, Ash Hand enjoyed a strong rookie campaign driving for CarStore Power Maxed Racing.

Contesting a Vauxhall Astra for the 30-round season, Hand secured a number of points finishes, including six top tens and a best result of fifth during Thruxton's second event.

The 28-year-old performed impressively in the Jack Sears Trophy battle, for drivers who haven't taken an overall podium at the start of the year, with eight victories in the category sealing third at the conclusion of Brands Hatch's Season Finale.
