A record-breaking 462 points–the highest tally in the modern era of the BTCC-is one statistic that Tom Ingram can be very proud of in celebrating his second BTCC title.

And there are many others besides.18 podiums from 30 races–7 of which were race wins, on the podium at every race meeting of the year, and points-scoring in all bar one round, are just a handful of them. He was the recipient of the 2025 Goodyear Wingfoot award for top overall qualifier of the year–Tom’s season was truly exceptional.

If consistency is the key to championship titles, Donington Park’s opening meeting of the year could perhaps have given us a clue as to how the season ahead might unfold. He was second in every race! The team had done their homework with the Hyundai over the winter, and Tom was perhaps better-prepared for this season than ever before.

Epic battles, epic saves, epic recoveries, epic drives and epic points-scoring all added up to a second BTCC title just ahead of the final round of the year.
