Andrew Jordan piloted the Toyota Corolla BTCC Hybrid as it made its race weekend debut at Silverstone during the eighth event of the 2021 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship ahead of the BTCC’s introduction of Hybrid power next year.

While the #2022 machine wasn’t taking part competitively and consequently wasn’t ‘dicing’ with other cars, Jordan put it through its paces in order to achieve the objective of replicating full real-time BTCC race event conditions for the Hybrid system – which included setting the fastest lap of the second race of the day.
