The championship battle headed into Donington Park being the tightest it has been in the previous decade. Tom Ingram led Jake Hill by three points beating the previous tightest gap heading into event eight which was four points, taking place on three different occasions in these previous ten years.

As we head closer to Brands Hatch every round rises in tension to make sure all competitors are still able to take the fight on that final weekend. Arriving at Donington, 14 drivers are still inside the maximum 201 points available for the rest of the season!
