Rich Energy BTC Racing driver Jade Edwards undertook her second full campaign in the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship in 2022, equalling her best result to date at Brands Hatch Indy.

The 32-year-old, who made her BTCC debut in 2020 for a one-off outing before joining Britain's premier motorsport series last year for her first full season, piloted her Honda Civic Type R to 15th spot during the second contest at the Kent circuit, taking her second-ever overall points finish.

Another clear highlight for the #99 racer was at Oulton Park during Rounds 10, 11 and 12, consistent hauls in the Jack Sears Trophy saw Edwards outscore her opponents to take her first JST victory for the day.
