Following yesterday's qualifying session for Round 25 of the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship, the official BTCC website caught up with the top three qualifiers to find out how they're feeling ahead of today's opener at Silverstone.

For a second successive year, it was Toyota GAZOO Racing UK's Rory Butcher clinching pole position during a close session, with ROKiT MB Motorsport man Jake Hill lining up second on the grid and Adam Morgan's Car Gods with Ciceley Motorsport BMW in P3.

Butcher will no doubt be hoping to repeat his race-day performance from 2021 too, where he bagged a double victory at the Northamptonshire circuit:

Having clinched his sixth front row start of the campaign for race one, Hill is raring to go and aiming to boost his championship challenge in the trio of encounters today:
