Having announced a one-car approach to the 2020 campaign, with multiple drivers getting the opportunity to get behind the wheel, the final driver to join the BTCC grid under the Power Maxed Car Care Racing banner was Brad Philpot.
After qualifying 25th, series rookie Philpot drove the PMR Vauxhall Astra to 21st in race one with 45kg of new driver ballast on board, followed by a pair of 22nd-place finishes, during the season finale race weekend on Brands Hatch’s Indy configuration.
