Knockhill set the Scottish hills alight with a scorching, blockbuster return to action as the BTCC roared north for its seventh event of the 2025 season!
As the season-long stories continue to unfold, take a listen to the latest instalment of Tin Top Tuesday, which was aired earlier this week (Tuesday 19 August).
The podcast featured several familiar voices, with Jake Hill (Laser Tools Racing with MB Motorsport) first up on the show, reflecting on not only his return to racing after illness sidelined the reigning champion at Croft, but also his two victories at Knockhill and what it means for the rest of his campaign.
Mikey Doble (Motor Parts Direct with Power Maxed Racing) was the next guest on the show. The Jack Sears Trophy holder spoke on the amazing turnaround that saw him race a Cupra Leon for the first time after the devastating fire that destroyed its facility a week prior.
Alan Hyde also caught up with Dr. Paul Trafford (TOCA Medical Director), speaking on "An absolutely stunning weekend" in the Scottish hills and pre-empting the festive edition of the show. Along with Dr. Trafford, Nicki Shields also joined the show after the ITV Sport presenter's debut event, speaking about the 'special' task at hand and giving some insights behind the scenes of the ITV team. Next on the show is Jillian Shedden, Managing Director at Knockhill Racing Circuit, reflecting on another year of BTCC action in the Fife hillside.
